If you’re a new hairstylist or beauty professional, Summit Salon and Suites offers an open chair rental option that’s ideal for building your career. Renting a chair by the week is a cost-effective way to work independently without the upfront commitment of a private suite.

- New Hairstylists: Start your business with minimal risk by renting a chair on flexible terms. You’ll have access to professional salon tools and a vibrant, supportive community of beauty experts while building your clientele.
- Makeup Artists: Rent a chair to offer makeup services for special events, weddings, or photoshoots. You can take advantage of a salon environment without committing to a full suite.
Private Suites for Established Professionals
For beauty professionals who already have a steady client base and want a private, personal space to call their own, Summit Salon and Suites offers luxurious, customizable suites. These suites are fully equipped with everything you need to deliver premium services in a professional and stylish environment.

- Shampoo Bowls: Three shared shampoo stations.
- Dispensary Room: A large, shared stainless-steel sink and color mixing area.
- Laundry Facilities: Complimentary washers and dryers (tenant supplies detergent): card-operated machines coming soon.
- Common Areas: Welcoming waiting area, two luxurious restrooms (stocked with soap, towels, and toilet paper), and a break room with a large table, chairs, refrigerator/freezer, and cabinets.
- Utilities: Water, electricity, heating, cooling, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Parking: Ample parking for tenants and clients.

- Access to an extensive polish inventory (CND Shellac, OPI, DND, and more) and glitter supplies.
- Complimentary use of towels (launder after use) and painted nail polish samples.
- New supplies available at 50% off cost (while supplies last).
Estheticians & Massage Therapists
- EarthLite® adjustable table or equivalent, technician stool, and sink.

- 24/7 security system with motion detector lighting and cameras.

- Snow removal in the main parking lot after 2” snowfall, ice treatment as needed.

- Access to a patio with Adirondack chairs and side tables (summer use).

Flexible Leasing Terms
- Trial Period: A 60-day trial ensures the arrangement works for both parties.
- One-Year Lease: Automatically renews annually unless canceled with a 60-day notice.
- Weekly Rent: Affordable rates, paid in advance every Friday.
